AI-driven strategies can improve marketing efficiency and conversion rates by 20–30%, and platforms like ONDC and GeM are expanding market access for small businesses. However, skill gaps and low AI readiness highlight the need for focused capacity building and knowledge-sharing to support scalable and sustainable growth. About the Conference The rapid convergence of Digital Marketing, Artificial Intelligence–driven automation, and eCommerce is substantially transforming the business landscape by facilitating data-driven decision-making, enhancing operational efficiency, and expanding market access for enterprises across all scales. Within the context of India’s expanding digital economy, national initiatives such as the Open Network for Digital Commerce (ONDC) and the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) are playing a pivotal role in fostering open, transparent, and inclusive digital commerce ecosystems.
