Vendor Development Programme (VDP) for MSMEs

MSME Development & Facilitation Office, Ministry of MSME, Government of India, Hyderabad in association with National Institute for MSME (ni-msme) organizing Vendor Development Programme on 22th& 23rd January 2025 at ni-msme campus, Hyderabad. The objective of the programme is to provide vendor opportunities to MSEs with Central and State PSUs, Government Organisations, large industries and Banks. The participating PSUs would display their required components & items which would be outsourced from MSEs and the potential MSEs can enrol themselves as Vendors with PSU. As Government of India has introduced “Public Procurement Policy” for procuring minimum 25% of their stores/services from MSEs by CPSUs and Government Departments. The Micro & Small Enterprises (MSEs) of Telangana having experience and expertise in their respective fields would be in a position to manufacture and supply quality products to major units. This Vendor Development Programme will provide a suitable forum for the buyers and sellers to interact with each other for establishing business and fostering long term relationships for the supply of required material and supported by Banks through credit facilitation. The programme also provides Stalls to MSEs, State & Central CPSUs, Government Departments and large Institutions, Banks to showcase their products & services .

Central procurement/purchase department’s top or mid-management officials of the Public Sector Enterprises (PSUs/PSEs), Nationalised Banks, Industries Commissioner officials, MSME-DI officials, State as well as Central Government departments.
