A meeting with the National Commission for Scheduled Tribes (NCST) and ni-msme was held on 16th September 2025 at the ni-msme campus in Hyderabad. The meeting was chaired by Hon’ble Members of the NCST, Shri Nirupam Chakma, and Hon’ble Shri Jatothu Hussain Nayak, MLA, Mahabubabad, and Member from the State of Telangana.
During the meeting, the Director General, ni-msme, briefed the Hon’ble Members on the various training and capacity-building programmes being implemented by the institute.
Hon’ble Shri Nirupam Chakma emphasized the need to include the developmental initiatives of Tribal Councils in such programmes to facilitate their contribution to mainstream and tribal development.
