A total of 21 officer trainees participated in the programme.
The Two-Week Training Program on Ethics and Soft Skills is designed to address the growing need for ethical awareness and behavioural competence among Junior Telecom Officers in today’s dynamic public service environment. While technical knowledge remains essential, effective performance increasingly depends on sound ethical judgment, emotional intelligence, communication skills, and the ability to think critically in complex situations. By integrating ethical values with practical soft skills, the program bridges the gap between technical responsibilities and responsible public service.
